Kaboodle Gifts respects your privacy. In order for you as a customer to feel at ease using our site(s), we have initiated the following privacy policies:
Kaboodle Gifts does not share, sell, or rent your personal information to anyone. This includes but is not limited to your name,address, telephone number,email, fax number, or credit card information.
Kaboodle Gifts limits our emails to you to relevant information concerning a purchase such as personal information to process your purchase, rendering results to questions by the customer,tracking information for a particular purchase, and limited notification of new products our customers may be interested in.
Should we have any questions that may delay the order process of your purchase will will make every attempt to contact you. This includes the use of email, telephone, letter, or any method that we have on file for a particular customer.
In order to better serve our customer's needs, we may from time to time ask you about our service. This includes but is not limited to how you found Kaboodle gifts, if you would recommend us to others, or if our service meets your needs.
Our standard payment methods include Google Checkout and Pay Pal Both forms of payments offer the highest security methods currently available. You can feel confident in choosing either of these secure payment methods for a fast and secure means to purchase your gifts. In addition to these secure forms of payment methods we MAY offer Money orders and checks. Each of our selling venues will specifically show your all of the current payment methods available for that particular venue. Please know that by choosing an alternate form of payment method such as personal check or money order WILL delay the process time of your purchase.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
Because of the nature of our business, we do not accept returns of merchandise that has been personalized, this includes any item that has been washed, printed, engraved, etched, or has a decorative appliqué because we can not guarantee the resale of that particular personalized item. If how ever, you receive your personalized item damaged or defective we will replace your purchase including the personalization. All of our personalized items are inspected before leaving our facilities.
A return authorization number is required for all damaged or defective merchandise. Contact us for a return authorization number. Upon receiving your RA number clearly mark the outside of the box with your return authorization number Failure to obtain or clearly mark the outside of the box with your return authorization number will result in the box being returned to the owner at the owner's expense.
ENGRAVING AND FONT INFORMATION:
Items will be engraved or etched exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters. Please be certain that you have transmitted the correct information that you prefer to be personalized as we copy and paste this information during the processing of your purchase. Please contact us with your personalized information using the contact form provided in each of our venues. Subject: PERSONALIZATION REQUEST.
All personalization is performed in the font pictured. We do not alter font styles or templates so please review your personalization carefully before sending information.
If you order a product that has the ability to be monogrammed, please use the contact form in each of our venues and include the initials that you wish to have monogrammed We use the following format for monogrammed items; First Name Initial, Last Name Initial, Middle Name Initial. We will not change the format of the monogram process.
Kaboodle Gifts uses several different shipping agents to process your purchase. This includes but is not limited to USPS, UPS Ground, Fed EX Ground Service. Kaboodle Gifts reserves the right to ship the best method that insures prompt delivery of your purchase. We will supply you with a tracking number if applicable, as soon as we receive the information from our shipping agents. Kaboodle Gifts currently ships to the United States only.
