How does Kaboodle Gifts handle damaged or defective merchandise that I received?

We are sorry but no, you can not change the font style or template style that we use. We have enough choices that we are sure that you will find what you are looking for.

No we don't becaus of the nature of our business we can not except returns for items that have been personalized or items that have a date that is incorrect. We can not guarantee the resaleability of the item.

We use UPS Ground Service exclusively. We will provide you with a tracking number when it becomes available. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O Boxes, or Military Address'

How does Kaboodle Gifts handle damaged or defective merchandise that I received?

We will gladly replace any merchandise that you receive damaged or defective. Please email us for a Return Authorization number.

This is a date that is used internally for the production of your gift item. It is required with all orders.

The facility that ships all of our personalized gift items will ship your order in 2-3 days for in stock merchandise.

The facility that ships all of our candle and favor orders will hip within 5 days.

Why isn't Kaboodle Gifts business name on the outside of my package?

When you receive your package from Kaboodle gifts, LLC you will notice that there is a different business name on the outside of the package. This address is the address of our partner. Our business name will be on the paperwork that is on the inside of your package. All inquiries about your purchase need to be directed to Kaboodle Gifts, LLC.

Although at this time we do not offer a physical catalog, this might be an avenue that we would pursue in the future
